We appreciated prime and convenient location!!

location: the hotel was just next door to major attractions such as train station, town square, mahakal road, even zoo as well as gangtok. cooperative staff, couldn't ask for more. the room was huge and extremely spacious with a clean bath.

I liked the hotel overall. Actually, the room was huge with a view, it also had wake-up service. The staff were very well mannered and absolutely courteous and made me feel comfortable.

The bed in my room was dirty.

Spent my Christmas holiday and it was a wonderful experience! The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel at home. The view from the room was stunning; it was great to wake up to the beautiful mountain scenery every morning. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the mall, offering easy access to shopping, food, and fun activities for kids.
